the staff were friendly and attentive, fulfilling all of my needs. the indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were highlights, providing a tranquil environment. the room advantages were exceptional with private facilities only adding to the luxurious experience.

Although the hotel was impressive, the only minor issue was the lack of information on some of the salad dishes at the buffet. This was an issue for me as I have allergies.

Spent Xmas at a new 5 star resort. Facilities were great - water park and spa were wonderful! Key location facts - great private beach access with clean sea and sand. Staff were warm and welcoming.

Saw flies around the food, and food was not of a 5-star standard. , the drinks were not very good, and they ran out of ice and glasses very quickly.

Decent amenities with spa and gym. Location was convenient for my business meetings. Had a good breakfast selection from omelettes to pastries.

The location of the resort is absolutely fantastic, with a stunning beach right at its doorstep. Snorkelling enthusiasts will be thrilled as there is plenty to see in the sea, from colorful coral reefs to an array of fascinating marine life. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a large TV for entertainment. the bathroom was well, appointed, featuring a walk, in shower and a separate bath. the service provided by the staff was top, notch, ensuring that all our needs were met with a warm and friendly attitude. the breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. the view from the room was simply breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful pool area.

The design of the outside areas could have been better, with escalators running through the restaurant, causing a bit of chaos and disrupting the dining experience.
